{"id":697,"date":"2024-07-18T07:25:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-18T07:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.avvocato-reichel.com\/?p=697"},"modified":"2026-07-24T12:58:36","modified_gmt":"2026-07-24T12:58:36","slug":"arbeitnehmerentsendung-neues-aus-italien","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.avvocato-reichel.com\/en\/arbeitnehmerentsendung-neues-aus-italien\/","title":{"rendered":"Arbeitnehmerentsendung: Neues aus Italien"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Vorschriften betreffen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EU-Unternehmen, die Arbeitnehmer an ein Unternehmen in Italien (auch ein Unternehmen derselben Unternehmensgruppe) entsenden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EU-Vermittlungsstellen, die Arbeitnehmer nach Italien entsenden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NON-EU-Unternehmen, die Arbeitnehmer nach Italien entsenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder ausl\u00e4ndische Arbeitgeber, der Arbeitnehmer nach Italien entsenden m\u00f6chte, wird durch die neuen Regelungen u.a. verpflichtet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rechtzeitig vor Beginn der Entsendung eine entsprechende Benachrichtigung beim Arbeitsministerium einzureichen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00fcr die Dauer der Entsendung (und bis zu 2 Jahre nach ihrer Beendigung) die im Zusammenhang mit der Entsendung stehenden Dokumente (u.a. den Arbeitsvertrag, Nachweise \u00fcber Lohn-\/ Gehaltszahlungen, Sozialversicherungsnachweise) aufzubewahren,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>einen Referenten\/Vertreter mit Sitz in Italien f\u00fcr den Empfang \/ die Zusendung von amtlichen Dokumenten zu bestimmen.
