In der Vertragsgestaltung liegen erhebliche Chancen -aber auch Risiken- f\u00fcr deutsche Unternehmen. Die Frage, welches Rechtssystem auf Vertr\u00e4ge zur Anwendung gebracht werden soll, spielt deshalb in der Praxis eine bedeutende Rolle.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Deutsches Recht liegt dabei weit vorne.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das hat eine aktuelle Erhebung des Deutschen Industrie- und Handelskammertages (DIHK) ergeben: bei einer Umfrage in 2.500 auslandsaktiven Betrieben \u00e4u\u00dferten rund drei Viertel der grenz\u00fcberschreitend agierenden deutschen Unternehmen, dass sie gerne st\u00e4rker auf Vertragsrecht \u201a\u201cmade in Germany\u201c zur\u00fcckgreifen w\u00fcrden.
