{"id":766,"date":"2024-07-18T12:57:53","date_gmt":"2024-07-18T12:57:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.avvocato-reichel.com\/?p=766"},"modified":"2024-07-18T12:57:54","modified_gmt":"2024-07-18T12:57:54","slug":"europaeisches-insolvenzregister","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.avvocato-reichel.com\/it\/europaeisches-insolvenzregister\/","title":{"rendered":"Europ\u00e4isches Insolvenzregister"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die europ\u00e4ische \u00c4ra des Insolvenzregisters hat \u2013 endlich \u2013 begonnen: mit dem europ\u00e4ischen Insolvenzregister hat die Europ\u00e4ische Union die Vernetzung der Insolvenzregister von Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich, Tschechien, Rum\u00e4nien, Slowenien, Estland und der Niederlande eingeleitet.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt ist der erste Schritt zur Vernetzung aller Insolvenzregister in Europa und Teil der Initiative zur Modernisierung des europ\u00e4ischen Insolvenzrechts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel ist die St\u00e4rkung des Gl\u00e4ubigerschutzes und die Erh\u00f6hung der Attraktivit\u00e4t des Wirtschaftsstandorts Europa f\u00fcr ausl\u00e4ndische Investoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Europ\u00e4ische Insolvenzregister ist kein zentrales einheitliches EU-Insolvenzregister, sondern ein einheitlicher Zugang zu den nationalen Insolvenzregistern. Die Daten werden zentral, kostenlos und in allen europ\u00e4ischen Amtssprachen \u00fcber das e-Justice Portal bereitgestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Europ\u00e4ische Insolvenzregister erm\u00f6glicht einfache Suchabfragen nach dem Namen des Schuldners in den Insolvenzregistern der beteiligten Mitgliedstaaten.
